black (currant, blackberry), hints of floral scents. Simple, immediate nose. pleasantly delicate, with good acidity balanced with softness, great freshness and great drinkability. Slightly tannic.
Pairing: Tagliatelle with meat sauce, pumpkin tortelli, tigelle and cured meats, dry pastries, excellent with tart
